EDAIC II setup

Import candidates

  • Click at the event



  •  Click the Students tab



  • Select the tab, Student to list the students in the event



  • Import list of students (Excel format)



Import – Excel file structure (sample)


The information in this file will not be shown to examiners (only Candidate ID). ESA HQ can see the rest of the info inside the Manage Users section


  • Import list of students (browse for Excel file)


  • Import list of students (link columns/import)
  • LInk the columns to the correct type
  • Skip the first row in Excel file if it contains a header
  • Press Perform Import button


  • View Student image (mouse over image icon for the user). Will be visible in the selected form for the examiners.



  • Edit existing student



Import examiners

  • Go to Users/Manage Accounts menu



  • Import Excel file by clicking at Import from Excel/CSV button

  • Import list of examiners (browse for Excel file)



  • Import examiners and link columns
  • Setup correct access/rights for the examiners (see image below)
  • Press Perform Import button



Link examiners to an event


  • Go to Events/EDAIC II/actual event to add imported examiners to event



  • Add imported examiners to event (add examiners from list, as Contributors)
