WIFI

if you experience a bad or no connection to the examination. Start another browser window to see if it loads ok, if not check the wifi connection for the device.


Computer 

if the computer does not respond or behaves in an unusual way, restart the computer, open your browser and log in to the examination again. 


Your Answers

Candidate answers are stored away on the exam server, at the same time as they click on an option. A restart of WIFI or Computer does NOT affect your examination process. 


Technical issues

Click the button, New support ticket, at the top of the screen. State the name of the center and the problem you experience.
